Mas Pomona is perfectly situated for playing golf in Provence . Located only 7 kms from the motorway it means that courses in Aix en Provence and Avignon are easily accessible. It is possible to arrange itineraries and tee times in advance for clients, reductions are available for groups of 10 or more, though green fees are not nearly so high as the nearby Cote d’Azur and the courses not so crowded.
For non playing partners there are many things to see and do in the region; museums, art galleries, roman ruins, the famous hill villages of the Luberon and countless excellent restaurants. However if you just wish to chill out, a day by the pool at Mas Pomona is a peaceful and relaxing experience. Take a look at the remainder of the site to see our facilities.

Pont
Royal (15mins)
|
| 18 holes,
par 72 (6303 m.), architect: S. Ballesteros |
| The
jewel in the crown of
Provence
. A splendid
layout with some very interesting features. The signature
hole is the par 3 11th. A tee shot across a
yawning chasm to a small green, anything from a 5 iron to
a driver, if the Mistral is stirring. The second shot at
the 7th green has the Luberon mountain range as
a backdrop. As you would expect all facilities are first
rate.

A

Golf
de Sainte Victoire (40mins)
|
|
18 holes, par 71 (6062 m.), architect: R. Trent -Jones
|
|
A
lovely course with undulating lush fairways and an old
chateau for a club house. The course is dominated by views
of Mont St Victoire, painted over 50 times by Cezanne. The
8th and 18th are most memorable as
their greens are protected by the same long narrow lake.
The former is a par 5, reachable in 2 shots, but not for
the faint hearted.

An

Les Baux on towering limestone cliffs, it is a truly
memorable golfing experience. In many ways a personal
favourite, the light, the aromas
and the scenery all add to this truly Provencal
experience.
